Hi, I’m Tim.

I believe leadership isn’t reserved for the people with the biggest titles. It’s for everyday leaders who want to grow their influence, build healthier teams and lead with conviction, and that’s who I love to work with.

I’ve led teams in hospitality, retail, higher education and nonprofits. I hold a Master of Arts in Leadership and am a Certified Christian Life Coach through the AACC. Today I coach leaders one-on-one, run a 6-week leadership program, speak at conferences and organizations, and write devotionals including The Journey and 21 Days of Hope. My writing on leadership has been published by the Global Leadership Summit, HuffPost, ChurchLeaders, Catalyst and Pastors.com.

I’ve also served as lead pastor of Journey Church since 2017. My wife, Consuela, and I have been married since 2000, and we have four children. When I’m not coaching or writing, you’ll probably find me cheering on the Pacers and the Colts.
